Update 0.0.13.126

Hard to quickly sum up the stuff that has changed in this patch, but I will try to keep things on the simple side: 

Massive UI overhaul:
The UI has changed and introduced better clarity and understanding with stats, tooltips and more. 

Character select changes:
Characters can now be interacted with around the room to set the players current character and assist. The mirror allows the player to change between the characters skins (Only Ironmouse has one at this point)

Create rewards properly added:
Now fully work, but the special "create only" rewards haven't fully been added yet. Stay tuned!

New music:
Two new BGM's have been added for the lobby and the game room.

Balance changes:
Speak with the devil (Ironmouse item) : multiplier reduced from 1% +.5% per level to .05% + .05% per level
